I think that what Jackie fails to mention in her red carpet roll-out of our fantasmagorical blog, is that we don’t know shit about politics. Or much else, for that matter. Jackie scratches her head when she hears “electoral college”, and I have no idea how the picture gets into my television. (Seriously — I get incredibly freaked out by blanket statements such as “THIS FILM HAS BEEN FORMATTED TO FIT YOUR SCREEN”. How the fuck do they know?)

There are a million things we could have chosen to blog about, such as parenting, fall foliage, men, cheese sandwiches (please, that’s just Jackie, my input would be how disgusting the entire concept of cheese sandwiches is), music of the 80’s, and that brings us to the end of my list of mutually interesting things we could blog about.

So why are we blogging about politics? Because this election is a joke. And we’ve run out of other things to complain about.
